
Dr. Anna Wilkinson is a Professor of Animal Cognition at the University of Lincoln. Dr. Wilkinson is interested in how animals perceive the world, how they process the vast amount of information that they perceive every day and why they attend to certain aspects of their environment. In particular, Dr. Wilkinson is interested in how reptiles learn about the environment and how it alters the decisions that they make. Dr. Wilkinson’s work has revealed remarkable cognitive abilities in this group which has important implications for their welfare.
